- Sizing Charts – Please refer to the last picture on each item page for accurate sizing charts
- Where do orders ship from? – All orders ship from our Warehouse located in Alberta
- How are orders shipped? – All orders will be shipped via Purolator
- What type of payments do you accept? – Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, Discover, Shop Pay
- Do you ship Worldwide? – Currently we are only accepting orders shipped within Canada
- How do I track my order? – Your tracking # will automatically be emailed to you once your order ships
- Can you ship to a P.O Box? – Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you are looking to ship somewhere not supported by Purolator, please email us at orders@clwearhouse.com to make alternate arrangements.
- Do you accept returns? – All sales are final unless an item you receive is faulty/defective. If you have received a defective item, please send an email to orders@clwearhouse.com within 30 days of receiving your order and someone will contact you
- How quickly do you process orders? – We aim to process and ship out orders within 2-3 business days of order confirmation
